We aim to ensure your order is packed carefully and delivered promptly.
Please review the following information regarding order processing, delivery, and international shipping.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed before 12:00 pm (UK time) are typically dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details (where available).
Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, sales events, or product launches.
2. Order Acceptance and Processing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Your order is confirmed only once payment has been processed and you receive a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or delay dispatch in the event of:
- Stock shortages
- Payment verification issues
- Suspected fraud or misuse of discount codes
- Force majeure events (for example, courier strikes, severe weather, or technical outages)
If we are unable to dispatch your order, you will be notified by email and any payment made will be refunded promptly.
3. Cancelling Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please email Hello@originalhalal.co.uk as soon as possible.
While we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, once order processing has begun or a shipping label has been created, the order may no longer be cancellable.
In such cases, you can return the item after receipt in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.
4. UK Shipping
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries including the European Union, United States, Canada, Australia, and the Middle East.
- International orders are sent via tracked courier service.
- Delivery times vary by destination (typically 5–15 working days).
- All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom in GBP (£).
- You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees applied by your local authorities.

6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier link (if applicable).
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees for redelivery.
8. Lost, Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.

We are not liable for parcels marked as delivered by the courier or for loss caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.

9. Split Shipments
On occasion, your order may be fulfilled in multiple parcels to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment if applicable.
10. Pre-Orders and Back-Orders
Any products listed as pre-order or out of stock will display an estimated dispatch date on the product page.
You will be notified by email once the item is back in stock and dispatched.
