SECTION 25 – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
We are a United Kingdom–based company and welcome international customers. All orders are processed in pounds sterling (GBP) and shipped from the UK.
Customs & Import Duties
When ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for ensuring the goods can be lawfully imported into your country and for paying any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage, or local handling fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are beyond our control.
Delivery Times & Carriers
International shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance or local postal conditions. Once your parcel leaves our fulfilment centre, risk of loss and title pass to you.
